Thank you for taking the time to visit my website and congratulations on taking the first step to improving your well-being.  My mission is to help you achieve freedom from whatever is bothering you or keeping you stuck in life right now.  I primarily use hypnotherapy and the amazing Emotional  Freedom Technique (EFT) to bring about rapid change.  I also teach you how to use EFT so you have a self help tool whenever you need it. EFT is fast becoming the treatment of choice for many, including health professionals, and you can read more about it here.  EFT works very effectively over the phone.  If you have Skype, you can call me FREE on 0845 838 1399.

Alternatively, you may be interested in training to become an EFT Practitioner to learn how to heal yourself and others too. Training is open to anyone with an interest in learning this technique and only takes 2 weekends to reach Level 2.  Training dates are below or visit EFT training for more information.
