My mission is to help you achieve freedom from whatever is bothering you or keeping you stuck in life right now. If you have a problem, it's not your fault, it's most likely because of something that's happened in your life that's caused you to behave or feel the way you do. 

I'm a fully accredited and qualified EFT Practitioner and a Member of several Associations including the British Holistic Medical Association.  I have also trained in Psychotherapy, Counselling, CBT, NLP and Reiki.  Primarily I use the amazing Emotional  Freedom Technique (EFT) to bring about rapid change.  I have used EFT at Beechwood Cancer Centre to alleviate cancer pain and the symptoms associated with chemotherapy. During your session, I also teach you how to use EFT so you have a self help tool whenever you need it.
